I was delighted to be interviewed and quoted in the Wall Street Journal’s Expat column. It’s great to see coaching recognised increasingly as a valuable tool to help expatriates manage change. As an intercultural trainer and a qualified coach, I regularly see the two confused and each has its own value. As I say in the article, coaching specifically is helpful for managing the transition – whether that is professional or personal. Do get in touch if you’d like to find out more about this and, if you’ve not yet discovered the WSJ Expat section, I recommend taking a look as they publish some excellent articles.
